The Atlas Air EP, in aid of Warchild, is now available to pre-order from iTunes and Vinyl Factory.
The iTunes EP contains the album version of Atlas Air with remixes by Jneiro Janel (Shape of Broad Minds) and Tim Goldsworthy (DFA), plus a remix of Red Light from Clark (Warp Records).
The vinyl edition is limited to 1000 copies, each hand-numbered and stamped, containing the three remixes plus a beautiful screen-print/glitter cover of Robert’s ‘Minstrels’ painting.

What a pity “All I Want” and “Kingpin” are still unreleased. G and Yolanda are simply awesome on “All I Want”. It’s got this “Blue Lines” feel and soul we love so much.
And what about the original Massive Attack’s version of Redlight ? A remix, OK, but the original first please please please !!!

£21………becomes……….£28 for a twelve inch single – don’t know why VAT is added on at the end after all the hassle of the details , maybe they hope that you’ll pay it because you’ve gone this far. Hope that War Child are getting all the proceeds from this. I’m spending my money on my family. Sad that Massive Attack are going for these premium products, such as this and Splitting the Atom. Doesn’t sit well with a band who bombard us with ethical images in their gigs. Sorry guys, got to be honest about how I feel.

I have pre ordered it, this song has really grown on me, as has the whole album over the year, the artwork is as stunning as ever. I had heard there was going to be a London date in November to coincide with the release, does anyone know anything about this please?

Preordered the vinyl but would still like to have a proper digital version for conveniance. Will it be available to purchase somwhere else (flac at 7digital would be nice), as we don’t have access to music section of itunes store?
